Skill Rank Unlock

Unlocks the NEXT rank of ONE skill in your Skill Tree instantly - the rank you clicked - without spending a Skill Point. Only the next rank of that skill can be unlocked this way; the ranks before it must come first. The rank is yours forever: saved every time you log in, and it survives Rebirths like every other skill rank. Repeatable, one rank per purchase. Applies on this island only.
